During your 18-month crash course, you will:  

• Be led through a tailor-made CRM curriculum 
• Develop an understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including an understanding of Salesforce business and products 
• Participate in online and instructor-led training 
• Build your practical skills and competencies through shadowing and supporting Senior Salesforce Consultants 
• Earn Salesforce Certifications to kick start your Salesforce career 

As a Salesforce Business Analyst Graduate you will learn how to: 

• Perform complex business and systems analysis work including requirements gathering/user story creation via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff 
• Develop supporting documentation such as process flows, mockups, and system interface diagrams 
• Analyze existing business processes to recommend improvements based on an understanding of Salesforce configuration best practice 
• Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements 
• Develop comprehensive test plans, coordinate test activities, lead UAT exercises and/or help execute test components 
• Configuration, building and set-up of Salesforce solutions for clients (low-code/no-code)Automation of manual processes utilizing Salesforce Flows (low-code/no-code) 

As a Salesforce Developer Graduate you will learn how to: 

• Participate in technical design sessions to design solutions that are aligned with business objectives 
• Aid in Custom Salesforce Development 
• Delivery/development/unit testing of user stories leveraging the Salesforce platform 
• Work towards being a credible subject matter expert to businesses and partners on the capabilities of Salesforce 
• Support development leads in delivering features aligned with business objectives 
• Work with business stakeholders to design innovative solutions 
• Work with internal application teams to design and build APIs to meet business needs 
• Work with Salesforce platform programming languages – Apex, Lightning Component framework 
• Work with Lightning Design System framework, Debugging and troubleshooting, and Salesforce Flows 

The ideal candidate for our Graduate Program: 

• Is a Recent (2021), or upcoming (2022) University Graduate based in Denmark or Sweden 
• Is eager to learn and be part of the Salesforce Ecosystem 
• May have experience with Salesforce or another CRM, but this is not required 
• Is passionate about technology and the impact it has on business 
• Describes themselves as a natural communicator, who is comfortable discussing business requirements in a technical and managerial manner  
• Loves the challenge of translating business requirements into tangible solutions 
• Has a curious mind and is eager to learn more 
• May have a good understanding of programming patterns
